This is the first book I have ever come across that really gives a nice overview of the whole process of cooking meat. It really is like a cookbook in that regard, only this one takes it to another level. I love the fact that the author includes a set of step-by-step recipes that cover everything from how to pick the proper cuts to how to peel the skin off the meat. I can’t wait to try these recipes out.

I can imagine the chef at an Italian restaurant trying to find a way to cook meat that doesn’t involve a lot of steps. It doesn’t seem to me like this book would be that difficult. It’s a more than capable guide to the process of preparing meat.

I think the author has an interesting take on meat. Its not about the meat, its about the preparation. The steps and the recipes are for the meat itself. The author spends a lot of time breaking down the steps of the process and explaining why and how they work. Its not a cookbook, but a guide.

I think the reason the book is a more than capable guide to the process of preparing meat is because the author is not trying to make meat taste good. He is not trying to have an “authentic” experience on your table. He is instead trying to have the experience of making meat seem as easy as possible to you.
