I recently received a birthday cake from a close family friend, and I was so excited to make it. I had never baked a good cake before, so I spent a week learning my way around my kitchen.
Turns out it was not too bad. I learned that I was capable of making perfect chocolate cake when I was in elementary school. I learned that I was a terrible baker because I only had one recipe to follow, but I learned that I could make a good one from scratch. And I learned that I don’t really like cake.
I was actually surprised that this cake was actually good. I mean, it was pretty good, but I was expecting to be grossed out. I am not grossed out by cake, for the record. I am grossed out by cake. And I have very strong feelings about cake. I think cake has a bad rap, but I do not like it.
Cake is not a bad thing. In fact, it should be celebrated. A good cake does not have to be rich or decadent to be good. It can be light and fluffy, and a good cake can be served in a cupcake wrapper. In fact, I’m sure there are still a few good cakes out there that have not been touched by cupcake wrappers.
There are plenty of cakes out there that are good, but not very good. The word cake itself is of course not a bad thing. It is often used as a term of endearment for the woman who brings the cake to a party. But cake can also be a term of ridicule, especially if it has been made from a particular ingredient. For example, I don’t like the word Oreo because I think the word is so generic.
If you are a person that likes to think of themselves as clever, a word is a good way to describe your own thinking and creativity. But what if someone comes up with the word cake? Or a bunch of words for the same thing? It’s not always a good thing.
I could see the Oreos being a little too much like the cake, but I am a firm believer that Oreos can be used in a more clever way. Oreos are, after all, a great way to use your imagination and creativity by making you think of something that you could make into a cake. The term oreo makes you think of a really fancy dessert and not just a dessert with some fruit and a topping.
What’s better than Oreos is making a really fancy dessert with a lot of different components. Oreos are an excellent way to expand your creativity.
